Very friendly - loved dealing with the Lettings Manger - very efficient and helpful

We had a nightmare with another agent (no rent paid to us for 3 months but the tenant showed us his bank statements showing he was paying, the agent was not transferring the rent and we are still trying to get the money) so we were advised by my uncle to use Burnel & Co as he lets out several flats through them. What a difference! really straightforward and very helpful. they took on our existing tenant and took all the references etc again and when he left they rented it to a lovely couple who are still with us. No problems with rent, always on time and they deal with all the nitty gritty stuff like leaking washing machines and boiler services.

we used Burnel & co because they were recommended by my father in law after we brought an investment flat. He has bought a property from them and they rent it out for the last 3 years. We had a lot of teething problems because the flat had lots of issues. we were glad we chose them because they really helped us, sorting out a plumber and the flooring, they also arranged the furniture and even put the wardrobe together late at night because we ran out of time before the tenants moved in. the rent is paid on time and we are pleased with the tenants and Burnel & co. They are also helping us find another property and we will continue to rent that out through them.

Bought a flat in 2009 and rented it out through Burnel & Co. I was also a tenant from 2004 - 2009 with them in 2 properties.. Good Service, friendly and efficient, they always give good advice and a cup of coffee when needed. Would recommend Burnel & Co to anyone buying, selling or renting as I have done it all. 5 stars!
